At Noelzy's Chilli Sauce, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. This is consistent with food safety regulations and standard industry practice.
We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, we will offer you either:
• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• A replacement product sent to you at no additional charge
To lodge a claim for a damaged or faulty product, please:
• Contact us at admin@noelzyschillisauce.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Include your order number in the subject line
• Attach clear photo evidence of the damage or fault
You do not need to return the product to us, photographic evidence is sufficient to process your claim.
We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at admin@noelzyschillisauce.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Overview
Noelzy's Chilli Sauce ships orders across Australia. We take care to ensure your sauce is packed securely and dispatched promptly so it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order's journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the quantity of products in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Deliveries are made by Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide:
• Queensland (metro): 1–4 business days
• Queensland (regional): 3–7 business days
• NSW, VIC, SA, ACT: 3–6 business days
• WA, NT, TAS: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timeframes provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter) or due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post website.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please
- Check with anyone at your address who may have accepted the delivery
- Check any safe drop locations around your property
- Check with your local post office or collection point, as the carrier may have left a card
- Contact Australia Post for further information
If your parcel is lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@noelzyschillisauce.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Noelzy's Chilli Sauce is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at admin@noelzyschillisauce.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping partner to fulfil our deliveries. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and order size. We reserve the right to change our shipping partner at any time.
