One of seven children, she grew up surrounded by food, family and plenty of noise – the kind of home where there was always space for one more at the table.

Cooking has always been her love language, and chilli sauce her signature.For decades, she made it just for friends and family.

The demand became so great that the little jars from her kitchen couldn’t keep up. So, we bottled it properly – to share that same warmth, flavour and generosity with everyone.
