1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Noelzy's Chilli Sauce, ABN: 34 685 880 433 ('the Promoter').

2. Competition Period

The competition commences on 1 July 2026 at 06:00 AM AEST and closes on 30 July 2026  at 11:59 PM AEST ('the Competition Period').

Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

The following persons are ineligible to enter:

• Employees, directors, officers, or contractors of Noelzy's Chilli Sauce
• Immediate family members of the above

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may enter the competition via either or both of the following methods:

• Method A: Online Entry Form: Complete the entry form linked in the competition post by providing your full name and a valid email address (‘Lead Form’). Each eligible person may submit one (1) Lead Form entry.
• Method B: Instagram Engagement: Like the official competition post on the Noelzy’s Chilli Sauce Instagram account and leave a comment on that post. Each eligible person may receive one (1) entry via this method. Entrants who also share the competition post to their Instagram Story during the Competition Period will receive one (1) additional entry. To be valid, the Story share must be publicly visible and tag the official Noelzy’s Chilli Sauce Instagram account.

Entrants who complete both Method A and Method B will receive entries for each method, resulting in a maximum of three (3) entries per person (one via Lead Form, one via Instagram engagement, and one bonus entry via Story share).

By submitting the Lead Form, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Noelzy’s Chilli Sauce. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, including duplicate Lead Form submissions or ineligible Instagram accounts (e.g. private accounts where the Story share cannot be verified), will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) x $250 Coles Gift Card ('Voucher')
• Six (6) x bottles of Noelzy's Chilli Sauce (RRP $18.00 per bottle, total RRP $108.00)

Total prize value: approximately AUD $358.00.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

If the prize or any component is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory requirements.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. All eligible entries from both Method A (Lead Form) and Method B (Instagram engagement), including any bonus Story share entries, will be combined into a single draw pool. Each valid entry represents one chance to win.

The draw will take place on 3 August 2026 at Lemon Tree Marketing, 37 Christine Ave, Miami Qld 4220.

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

The winner's Instagram username may be published on the Noelzy's Chilli Sauce social media pages.

7. Prize Delivery

The winner must provide a valid Australian postal address to receive the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once dispatched.

The Coles voucher will be delivered by email. Noelzy's Chilli Sauce bottles will be dispatched via standard post within 10 business days of the winner being confirmed.

8. Platform Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook). By entering, participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability in connection with this competition.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this competition should be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of running this competition and, where consent is given via the Lead Form, for direct marketing communications.

The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

The Promoter will not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required to administer the competition or as required by law.

Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter at admin@noelzychillisauce.com.au.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond the Promoter's control

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By entering, participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
